This includes negotiations as they relate to value and inspection-related discoveries. I will also guide you through the property disclosures and resolve any issues for a successful completion of the transaction.

In my initial consultation with prospective sellers I discuss the current market conditions, how they relate to each unique home, and how we can best market and maximize the value of a property. I explain the transaction process from beginning to end and prepare my clients to overcome any potential future obstacles. Once we are listed on the market, I will work with buyers agents, present offers, and navigate negotiations and property inspections. Moreover, I will work with the appraiser and title company for a smooth and successful transaction.
